The template of the Territories_Prescribers.csv file should look like

This will update, create or delete (if last column Action = "DELETE") accordingly all Territories you input in your file.

Prescriber territories Template- Specification

Field Format Required/Optional Other Validations Description
Prescriber Code Code Mandatory, Unique Used to identify a unique prescriber in the company universe
Sales Rep Code Code, from defined Users Mandatory The rep needs to be in the role Sales Rep (level 1)
From Date YYYY/MM/DD Optional If empty, the current date is used
Action Text Optional Put DELETE or nothing
